The paper "Management Communication - Importance of Language Used" is a great example of a management case study. The environment refers to the surroundings of a particular item of interest. In the case of communication, the atmosphere is both physical and psychological in which one sends and receives messages. Some environmental cues can influence the expectations of communication that intends to be undertaken. The first cue is the dressing code. The formal dressing may indicate whether a certain communication is professional and formal or open and caring. The second cue that is indicated is the degree of closeness. By being very close, it indicates that they are intimate with each other. The degree of intimacy is less when they are far away from each other. Another cue that can be used is the choice of text that is used in communication. Ass the above-listed cues are environmental factors that determine the type of communication that takes place in a given situation.

Context can be described as putting in place an effective scene in line with the expectations of the people who are involved in it. It involves such things as the environmental cues that surround a certain communication. Culture influences the context of an individual. So does the language of the people. This is according to German Philosopher Jürgen Habermas who said that every process of reaching an understanding takes place against the background of a culturally ingrained pre-understanding. The upbringings of a person refer to the environment in which they grew up. This has the effect of creating a given degree of exposure to some things and factors in the environment. Such exposure influences the levels of communication of an individual. The same case applies to the language of an individual (Aluminated Life2015). The native language of a person gives him a better approach to communication when using it. This is as compared to the use of a language rather than the native language. The level and quality of the context of communication are affected.

During a discussion on the effects of global warming in a peer group, I was called upon to give a speech on the effects of global warming. The feeling was humbling to me. It was an honor to present the points to the eager respondents. The experience was moving. The feeling of honor and responsibility took the better of me during the procession. The experience had some value to me. It taught me how to keep my composure. It also taught me how to keep the audience in the discussion.

The best way to grab the attention of an individual is through the use of an image or a photo that is in line with the matter at hand. It has been said that a picture speaks a thousand words and it is the best attention grabber known. Through it, there will be lesser communication and explanation required as the pictures act as aids to the explanations that would have been required.

In my case, I would go for an image. The image, in this case, should be bright and eye-catching. Through this, it will be able to get the attention of the audience such as me more. It should also be in relation to the context or the matter in hand. The main reason for this is that they are better explained as compared to verbal explanations. They act as the best teaching and explanatory aids present.
