A Shared Vision and a Strategic Plan in Job Application Dear Sir/Madam I, Normal Nepal, am writing to you to seek the job since I believe that I stand qualified for this position. I have it in me to reach the top and with the assistance of your authority; I believe I can make it with utmost ease and a sense of confidence that is very central to my personality. I am honored to be a growing part of the said organization and I am confident that with my role for the position under consideration, I will give in my best on a consistent basis, as and when the need so arises. For me, life is all about hard work, devotion and dedication, and since I have always remained committed in this cause, this has helped shape up my professional basis in a very resolute way. As far as my educational domains are concerned, I have completed my GCSE A-levels with flying colors. I have always worked hard at my studies and thus the reason that I have found it in good stead with my educational prowess coming to my rescue on nearly all occasions. I have an aim to seek an initial degree or even be ready to work towards qualification of the same. I have demonstrated an ability to continuously work towards building up my personality and in those realms I have worked my way at personal development to make sure that the people around me have provided an evidence of the same. I have time and again stressed on the fact that my personal development has been continuous and there have been no shortcomings in the same quarters. Since I have always held the belief of personal development in a strong way, these aspects have come out strongly for my personality and I am glad I have always been proactive in this demeanor of mine. I have a firm grasp on my typing abilities and due to this reason, I can type very fast. I can jot down words in a quick way and hence transform emotions into words in a very instant way. This has helped me turn words into sentences and then later on into complete emotions. I have sound experience of managing people and then developing them over a period of time. This has helped me grow as a person nonetheless. Managing people over a period of time has been a very learning experience and it has made me into a better individual. It is a process which involves empathy and understanding for the other person, and thus assists one another in gaining that vital edge which is much needed in the time and age of today. Developing people requires persistence and hard work, and I have it in me to look after individuals, to understand how they feel, and to change their mindsets into pure concepts. These are important yardsticks for attaining success, and I am very positive that managing and developing people is indeed a very sound hallmark for my personality domains. I have worked my way through at understanding and having a proper feel about the different administrative roles that have come along with managing and developing the people. My work has been manifested well when I have known that I can administer the small details and the intricate requirements that have come along well. I have an ability to turn things on because my motivation has come from within. It has helped me to drive performance of others as well as to build upon the logic of growth and development all the way through. I have gained enough experience of working within similar learning roles and such measures have helped grow me as an individual in an able capacity. It has made me into a tough individual – one who can learn new things and acquire aspects which were strange to me in the past. I am lucky that I have taken all these tenets within my sound grasp and that too in a very quick manner. More than anything, I have resolute and determined Information Technology skills within my folds, which have been assisted well by my hobby to learn something new within this field. I have been known to be a quick learner, and this is one of the most basic reasons why I have always loved being a part of the Information Technology realms. My capacities have been built in a very strong way ever since I have learned to tackle problems and deal with them in a head on way. I know how to make the best use of Microsoft programs as these are some of the most basic ones that are required within a workplace setting. As for my organizational skills, I have been known to have a good grasp over the same. I know how to handle time and thus I manage things within the proper time dimensions. I take stock of the fact that punctuality has always been dear to my heart, and thus I make sure that I am on time on nearly all occasions. Having said that I know how to achieve the agreed targets and I always do my best to exceed the expectations. These are some of the most significant aspects which are very dear to my personality and I do my best to hold fast on to them. I am a hard working and devoted individual who knows work like religion. I am autonomous and I commit to things in a much automated way. My personal belief is that a shared vision should be set and then a strategic plan must be followed which should inspire and motivate individuals like me for the future. I can communicate in an efficient way with all stakeholders as well as partners, and thus contribute to the overall good of the organization in the long run. I have been known to work under strenuous circumstances and pressure and to maintain confidentiality about certain aspects related with work at all times.
